1. How to do a Card Transaction on EzGo MPOS device ?
- First Pair the mPos device with Mobile Handset with the help of Bluetooth.
- Then launch EzSwype Application and login with your credentials.
- Select/save the terminal in settings tab by verifying your device serial number.
- Tap on Sale button.
- Enter the amount and tap Card
- Application will connect to mPos device via Bluetooth.
- Swipe/Insert the Customer card
- Inform Customer to enter the PIN and the press green button.
- Transaction will process.
- After the processing input customer sign, Mobile Number and Email ID and Enter.
- Your card transaction is successfully completed.
2. How to do Wallet Transaction.?
- First Pair the mPos device with Mobile Handset with the help of Bluetooth.
- Then launch EzSwype Application and login with your credentials.
- Select/save the terminal in settings tab by verifying your device serial number.
- Tap on Sale button.
- Enter Amount and deep press the card option.
- Select the Wallet Name from which you need to do the transaction.
- Enter the registered mobile number on the wallet to generate One-time password.
- Tap on generate OTP.
- Enter the OTP received from Wallet through SMS and Tap to Pay now.
- Then Tap Ok
- Your Wallet transaction is successfully completed.
3. How to verify MDR Report in Mobile Application.?
- Login the EzSwype Application with your user credentials.
- Then Tap on Reports Tab.
- It will display your today’s report.
- In case if you need to verify report of older dates
- From date will come automatically, enter To date and press OK
- Your required Report will be generated.
- For Verifying MDR report Tap on MDR REPORT
- From date will come automatically, enter To date and press OK
- Your Report is generated and can be viewed.
4. How to Reset the Password.?
- Login the EzSwype Application with your user credentials.
- Then go to the settings.
- There you can find option mentioned as Update Password.
- Please type your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password and press update.
- You have now reset the password.
5. How to do Verify your transaction.?
- Launch the EzSwype application and login with you user credentials.
- The tap on My Transaction button.
- Your last10 transactions would be displayed in the screen.
- In case if you need to verify an older transaction than 10 numbers.
- The Click on All activity.
- Please input the from date & to date and press OK.
- Now you will be able to view that particular transaction.
6. How to check theStatus of the transaction.?
- In EzSwype Application you be able to view “My Transactions”
- Click on the same, last 10 transactions would be displayed.
- Below mentioned are the keys points which need to be noted to differentiate the Transactions.
- i. Green Colour Tick Mark – Indicates Successful Transactions
- ii. Red Colour Cross Mark – Indicates Failed Transactions.
- iii. Yellow Colour Reverse Arrow – Indicates Void Transactions.
- This way it will be easy for you to confirm the status of the transaction.
7. How can you cancel the transaction.?
- It is very easy to cancel the transaction if you have swiped a wrong amount.
- To cancel the transaction, please click reversal tab.
- Post clicking Application will prompt to Insert/Swipe Card.
- Swipe/Insert the same card through which transaction was completed.
- Automatically APK will fetch the transaction which was successful.
- Then the details of the transaction would be displayed.
- Just select the transaction and tap Void.
- Then the selected transaction is cancelled, and customer will get the reversal.
- Main point to be noted for Cancellation is that you need reverse the transaction on the same day of transaction initiation to get auto reversal.
8. When I will receive my transaction settlement.?
- All your successful transaction would be settled to your Bank account on next day of the transaction (T+1 Basis).
