GPRS DEVICE - EzPro ACTIVATION
For activating the EzPro device, please follow the below procedure for device activation.
- Switch on the device.
- It will automatically go the main screen
- If in case the screen is stopping at Program Manager, then please press Green button which will take you to main screen.
- Press ↑↓ Up arrow or down arrow in the device to go to Menu Option.
- Then press 5 for logon.
- In device it will again ask for confirmation. Please enter Green button.
- From EzSwype end Merchant would have received SMS mentioning User Login Credentials.
- First enter the User ID which will be ten-digit numeric number.
- For entering “0” you need to tap the zero button twice immediately.
- Then press Green button.
- Type your password. Default password would be ezswype123.
- Then press Green button.
- Type Current Password enter ezswype123.
- Press Green Button.
- Now Type the New Password which need to be set. (Password should be combination of Alpha, Number and symbol and One Alphabet should be in Capital Letter).
- Press Green Button.
- Now Reconfirm the new password which has been set by entering the new password.
- Press Green Button
- In screen it will show as Connecting Server.
- Then it will show Sending and Receiving automatically it will show as Logon successful.
- After Logon is successful automatically key exchange will happen and it will show as write key success.
- Then it will come to Main screen.
- Now you can enjoy transacting.
GPRS NETWORK SETTINGS IN EzPro DEVICE
- Press Up or down arrow ↑↓ for menu option.
- Press “7” for admin option.
- Then it will ask for Bank Password which is “3147”.
- Press Green Button
- Enter “1” Term Setup.
- Again Enter “1” Comm Para.
- It will show GPRS Setup URL/IP address it should be www.ezswype.in (if the same would is mentioned) Press Red button. If not press Green Button, then enter www.ezswype.in and again press Green Button.
- Then it will show port number which should be 443 (if the same is mentioned) Press Red Button. If not press Green Button, then enter “443” and again press Green Button.
- Then it will show you APN which is basically network settings of mobile operator.
- Vodafone SIM – Always make sure that for Vodafone SIM it should be mentioned as “IOT.COM”, (If the same is mentioned then press Red button) If not mentioned we need to edit the settings for the same press Green button and then type “IOT.COM” and press Green button.
- Airtel SIM -- Always make sure that for Airtel SIM it should be mentioned as “ezswype.com”, (If the same is mentioned then press Red button) If not mentioned we need to edit the settings for the same press Green button and then type “ezswype.com” and press Green button.
- Next Screen would be UAT and it will be mentioned “2”, if so please press Red button. If not press Green Button, then enter “2” and again press Green Button.
- Next Screen would be KIN and it will be mentioned “0”, if so please press Red button. If not press Green Button, then enter “0” and again press Green Button.
- Next Screen would be USB/ECR Sale Enable and it will be mentioned “0”, if so please press Red button. If not press Green Button, then enter “0” and again press Green Button.
- The screen will automatically come to “TERM SETUP”.
- Then two times press Red button it will go to the main screen.
- Switch off and on the device once.
- Now you can try login to the device.
WIFI NETWORK SETTINGS IN EzPro DEVICE
- Switch on the device and go to home screen.
- Press two-time up arrow ↑↑ .
- It will take you to settings Press Green Button
- Press “4” GPRS/WIFI Selection.
- Press “2” WIFI
- Automatically device will start searching the nearby available WIFI network.
- Select your WIFI network by number and name visible in screen.
- Device will prompt you to enter the password. Please enter the password and then press Green Button. Note: Password should always Alpha Numeric.
- Automatically WIFI will connect and server will get connected.
- Then it will come to Main screen.
- Now you can enjoy transacting.
CARD TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IN EzPro
- Switch on the device
- Device should display Home screen.
- Enter the amount which need to be transacted in device.
- After entering Press Green Button
- Device will prompt for reconfirmation Again enter Green Button
- Now Please Swipe/Insert the Card.
- Enter the Customer Mobile Number and Press Green Button.
- Enter the PIN Number of the card and Press Green Button.
- Device will connect to the server.
- Communication will be established, and device will start Sending & Receiving the data.
- It will be displayed in the device that Transactions is Approved.
- Transaction will be successful.
- Customer and Merchant will get a confirmation from EzSwype through SMS that transactions will be successful.
CASH @ POS TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IN EzPro
- Switch on the device
- Device should display Home screen.
- Press ↑↓ Up or Down Arrow.
- Enter “3” Cash@POS Transaction.
- Enter the amount which need to be transacted in device.
- After entering Press Green Button
- Device will prompt for reconfirmation Again enter Green Button
- Now Please Swipe/Insert the Card.
- Enter the Customer Mobile Number and Press Green Button.
- Enter the PIN Number of the card and Press Green Button.
- Device will connect to the server.
- Communication will be established, and device will start Sending & Receiving the data.
- It will be displayed in the device that Transactions is Approved.
- Transaction will be successful.
VOID TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IN EzPro
- Switch on the device
- Device should display Home screen.
- Press ↑↓ Up or Down Arrow.
- Enter “2” Void Transaction.
- Now Please Swipe/Insert the Card in which transactions need to be voided.
- Device will connect to the sever and display all the transactions swiped with the same card.
- Now select the transaction which need to be voided and select Green button.
- Device will start Sending & Receiving the data.
- Device will display as Transactions is voided.
MPOS DEVICE – EzGo ACTIVATION
- Switch on the device
- Go too settings of the Android Phone/Tab, from settings to Bluetooth Menu for switching on of Bluetooth and wait for scanning of the device serial number.
- Tap on the device serial number at Bluetooth menu and confirm the popup appeared to pair the device with Mobile/Tab.
- Download the EzSwype application from Google Play store displaying Icon EZ in Dark Red colour.
- After ensuring that Application is successfully installed.
- Login to the application with the provided user credentials from EzSwype.
- After Login application will ask permission for device location which should be allowed, then will ask permission for photos, media and files which should be allowed, then will ask permission for manage calls which should be allowed and finally will ask permission for take pictures and video the same should be allowed.
- Now Tap the settings option in the right-hand side top corner.
- Click the select Terminal option inside the Settings Tab.
- Select the device serial number of the device and save.
- Installation is completed.
- Now you can enjoy transacting in the device.
CARD/CASH @ POS TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IN MPOS EzGo DEVICE
- From the menu screen in mobile application click Sale or Cash@POS option.
- Enter the amount which need to be transacted/swiped.
- Enter the customer mobile number and Press Ok.
- MPOS device will prompt to Swipe/Insert Card.
- Please Swipe/Insert the card in MPOS.
- Now Device will connect to server.
- Device will prompt for PIN Number of the card.
- Enter the PIN Number and press Green Button.
- It will display in the mobile and as well device as Transaction is Successful.
- Transaction is completed.
VOID TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IN MPOS DEVICE
- In the Mobile Application select Reversal/Void Option.
- Device will prompt to Swipe/Insert the card.
- Please swipe the card in which transaction need to be Void.
- All the transactions carried with the card for the day will displayed in the Mobile Application.
- Select the transaction which need to Void in Mobile Application.
- Device will connect to the server.
- It will display in the mobile application that transaction is Void.
- Transaction is successfully Void.
